Two More Weeks!
Saturday, June 21
I'm trying to relish my time left in Ottawa. Today I went on an excellent walking adventure with my best pal Dalton the dog. We found an amazing cow skull in the woods, pictures will follow as soon as I figure out what to do with it. Thanks to all that came out to the Universe of Lacroix show on Friday, it will run until July 8th. Check out the SPAO website for more info.
My first awkward post
Monday, June 16
I am Europe bound, just not quite yet. 19 days and counting.
Until then:
I'm excited to check out the Eugenics inspired shows at the National Gallery and War Museum. Propaganda and social Darwinism, somehow I think it will make me see how little things have changed.
I will be teaching a seminar on "personal narratives as art" at mini university. For more info check out the facebook group
The rest of my days will be filled with bowling, trips to the beach, hanging out with the elderly, playing softball and hopefully making some art.
If you wish to partake of any of these things drop me a line.
